This policy explains how Keynum Investments processes personal data collected through keynum.ai. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Data controller
Keynum Investments, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS), registered with the Versailles Trade Register under no. 829 767 177, headquartered at 10 bis, rue de Puebla, 78600 Maisons-Laffitte, France. Contact: hello@keynum.ai. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to; the email above reaches the person responsible for data protection.
2. What we process, why, and for how long

We run no visitor accounts, no newsletter, no analytics, no advertising, no profiling, and we never sell personal data.
3. Recipients and processors
OVH SAS (Roubaix, France) hosts this website; data hosted with OVH remains in France/EU.
Calendly LLC (Atlanta, USA) operates the scheduling service on our “Let’s Talk” page and processes booking data on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. Booking data is transferred to the United States on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Calendly is certified, with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in Calendly’s DPA as a fallback mechanism. 4. Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers, with one exception under your control:
On the “Let’s Talk” page, the Calendly scheduler only loads after you click “Load scheduler”. That click connects your browser to Calendly’s servers, which set functional and security cookies governed by Calendly’s own cookie policy. If you prefer not to load the embedded scheduler, you can open Calendly in a new tab via the link provided on that page, or simply email us at hello@keynum.ai — both work just as well.
To withdraw your choice, use the “Reset cookie choice” link shown below the scheduler, or delete cookies for keynum.ai and calendly.com in your browser settings.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to hello@keynum.ai; we answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
6. Changes
We will update this page if our processing changes and adjust the date at the top.
